Q. When will my order ship?
A. Hettich North America makes every effort to expedite orders as soon as we receive them. Please notify your representative of your required delivery schedule and we will do our best to make it happen. Most orders ship within 48 hours. All back-ordered items can take as little as 2-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may vary per order. Please contact us for more information.
Q. What are your shipping terms?
A. Shipping carriers are chosen on a case-by-case basis for best value and our customers delivery needs. We will also accommodate the customers preferred carrier and method for shipping. A. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with our equipment we will honor a return as long as it is within 15 days from the date of receipt and the product is in “as new” condition. All returns require an RMA number issued by our support team and must be in “as new” condition. A restocking fee and other restrictions may apply. A. Yes, Andreas Hettich GmbH & Co.Kg follows strict ISO 9001:2000 certification methods. All units go through rigorous crash testing procedures before being approved for manufacture.
