We are here to help in the rare instance that your Hettich centrifuge is in need of a repair.

Repairs must only be made by Hettich authorized technicians. Only original spare parts and original accessories licensed by the Andreas Hettich GmbH & Co. KG are approved. Please contact us directly or contact your distributor for more information about repairs.

The repair process starts with contact to Hettich Instruments from a bio-medical technician who has been assigned the centrifuge to repair. The bio med should either call 866-370-4388 to speak with our technical service team, or send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request help. Technical Service will be able to quickly determine where the problem lies and choose an appropriate action. Most of the time, the bio med can simply exchange a bad sub-assembly. Hettich centrifuges are designed to be field repairable.

If the job requires more than a quick fix, Hettich Instruments is a fully authorized depot repair facility with parts and know-how to spare. Turnaround times are usually quite quick. Simply ask for an RMA number to get the process started.
