Job Description

The Customer Service Representative Level 1.0 position will be an addition to a growing customer service team. The position is a direct link between the customer and our company, managing incoming customer contacts and our sales department in a professional and timely manner. The applicant should have strong communication skills in person, by phone, and via technology. Training on our systems will be provided at our Beverly, MA office. Our normal workdays take place Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.


  • Customer service support via phone and email
  • Placing of both direct and indirect orders from customers
  • Coordination between Hettich sales team and customers
  • Directing customer contacts to other departments as appropriate
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned


  • Professional demeanor in the office and with customers
  • Clear communication skills via telephone/email/software
  • Ability to assess customer contacts and direct appropriately and proficiently
  • Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
