Service Bench Technician, Level 1

Position Title

Service Bench Technician, Level I (Two positions)

Job Description

The Service Bench Technician Level I position will be an addition to a growing service team. This is a 40-hour per week full-time position that is centered on basic electronic repair of specialized laboratory equipment, in addition to organization, processing of returns, assisting in service projects, and other duties as required by the needs of the service team.

Responsibilities

  • Basic repairs
  • Organization and cleanliness of Service Area
  • Processing of returns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or the equivalent

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Technical experience
  • Organization
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability/desire to travel (25-50%) for work will be a quality we seek from one of the two candidates

Employment

  • Full-time, hourly
  • In-house (2nd candidate will be more flexible)

Salary

  • Commensurate with experience
