Shipping and Returns

Hettich North America works closely with its distributors to make sure all of its products are available for quick delivery. Not only do we warehouse products in our North American facility we also maintain a regular delivery schedule with our headquarters in Germany.We aim to have your product available in as little as 2-6 weeks.

Freight estimates are available by request however you can access our freight estimator online for a quick reference. Typically we work with the most well known carriers for their level experience and delivery options. Hettich makes every effort to obtain the best shipping rates available. We will also work with any carrier that you request to expedite you order. Charges can be billed collect or through third party accounts. Contact us or your sales representative with any concerns or requests you may have.


Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with our equipment we will honor a return as long as it is within 15 days from the date of receipt and the product is in “as new” condition.

An RMA number is required for all returns, no exceptions. Please contact us or fill out the “RMA form” online. All products must be de-contaminated, by the user, before returning to Hettich. Acknowledgement of a de-contamination process is required before Hettich will accept any return. A restocking fee and other restrictions may apply. Please contact us for further details on what is required before return.
